For the past year, I have really tried to get serious about mediation. The thing that makes it both necessary and difficult for me is that my mind is going all the time. I've always been the type to have a hard time falling asleep because I'm reviewing the day in my head or thinking about what I need to accomplish next. I am a perfectionist - which means I deal with a lot of stress and A LOT of anxiety. Meditation has been recommended to me over and over again, but this year I could really tell my stress level was starting to have a physical affect on my body. That, plus my on-going journey into spirituality and mindfulness, made me decide that my #1 resolution for 2018 is to dedicate time each and every day to meditation and now I have the perfect app to help me achieve that!
